RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All returns require a prior request for RA number, and that number must be clearly written on returned cartons. If received in new, restockable condition, credit will be issued, minus 25% restocking charges. 35% restocking charges for Stages/Risers and Mobile Cafeteria Tables. Returns will not be accepted on custom orders. Restocking fees may be waived if a replacement order from the same customer is sent. Returns not sent prepaid freight will not be accepted.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are subject to NPS approval and must be submitted in writing. Any cancellation that is received after production has begun is subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Custom laminates, Premium laminates and edges and custom logos are subject to a 50% cancelation fee.
